Privacy Policy

No personally identifiable information is stored on your device or sent back regarding your use of the application.  Any user names or passwords necessary for application ‘share’ features (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) are not stored or used other than to share the content.

Application usage information is tracked using Google Analytics for iOS and Android, in accordance with their privacy policy, to allow us to determine which features are most popular, how they are being used, and how we can improve the applications.

Crash reports are collected from both iOS and Android applications, and are available to developers in the app store / marketplace respectively.  This is standard for all applications sold this way, and contains no personally identifiable information, just information about the error.  On Android we also use the ACRA third party application for crash reporting in Android 2.1 devices, since crash reports weren’t native until Android 2.2 (FroYo)

If you have any questions regarding the privacy policy, see the University privacy statement or contact us at mobileuwfeedback@lists.wisc.edu.
